Due to the volume of students taught by the studio, no refunds or credits are offered for missed lessons. Missed lessons can be completed through our Master Class series through-out the year. The studio hosts five free two-hour group master classes that are open to all students. Attendance of at least two master classes annually is mandatory for all enrolled students.
In such cases, such as illness, or inclement weather, students may request a virtual lesson. The virtual lesson will occur on the student’s scheduled day & time to ensure continuity in learning.
TEACHER ABSENCE
The studio reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher in order to ensure continuity in lesson delivery. Whenever possible, the studio will provide advance notice of the teacher's absence to the parent and will provide a substitute teacher or, if convenient for both parties, reschedule lessons. Additional options may be discussed on a case by case basis.
